ARHA
Visual identity for a jewellery brand shaped by archaic symbols, mythology and personal ritual.
Context:
ARHA creates jewellery as more than adornment: each piece carries symbolic meaning, drawing from ancient signs, mythological forms and talismanic objects. The task was to develop a new visual identity that could hold this depth without becoming ornamental or nostalgic — contemporary, distinctive and flexible enough to grow with the brand.
Creative idea:
The identity centres on a closed sign where the sun and moon merge into one continuous form. This symbol became a point of entry into ARHA’s world: a balance of opposites, cyclical movement, and objects charged with meaning.
Design approach:
The wider system builds on this tension between the archaic and the current. A custom serif carries a carved, almost ritual quality, while the overall structure remains clear and restrained. The palette balances cold mineral blues with warmer, material tones, creating a world that feels tactile, atmospheric and precise. Across the identity, symbolic references are handled with control rather than excess.
Outcome:
A visual language that gives ARHA a strong and recognisable presence, rooted in mythology, but fully alive. The identity feels intimate, symbolic and adaptable across digital, printed and physical expressions of the brand.
